Refund policy

Made for you. Chosen by you. And if something goes wrong, we’re here for you.

At KEV, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully check every order before it reaches you. While we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing preferences, if there is a genuine issue with your order, we’re here to help.

When Will KEV Provide a Replacement?

A replacement can be arranged if:

  • You received the wrong product, size, or print.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • The product has a printing or manufacturing issue.
  • The issue is reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Video

To help us resolve any issue quickly and fairly, please record a clear, continuous unboxing video while opening your parcel.

If there is an issue with your order, please share the unboxing video with us within 24 hours of delivery.

Situations We Cannot Accept for Replacement

We cannot offer returns or replacements for:

  • Choosing the wrong size when the correct size was delivered.
  • Change of mind after placing an order.
  • Colour differences caused by lighting, screen settings, or display differences.
  • Normal variations that may occur during the printing process.

We recommend checking the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.

ON-SALE PURCHASES

Products purchased at a sale or discounted price cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. These products are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges, except where required by applicable law or in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If your parcel could not be delivered and is returned to us due to a courier or delivery issue, our team will contact you once it reaches us and guide you through the next steps.

We’re Here for You

If something isn't right with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. We'll review the issue and do our best to make it right.
